Returns

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. If you need to amend or cancel an order after it has been paid, you must notify us within that time frame. Because the support team does not work 24/7, you will be unable to cancel your order if it is placed outside of the above time limit. We're linked to a warehouse management and logistics system that's automated.

If you are not totally pleased with your purchase and have not worn it, simply contact Info@sergiusace.com within 15 days of package arrival and return the item(s) in the exact unworn condition it was received in. Customers in the Netherlands and Belgium can get their return shipping expenses reimbursed on orders above $150. International shipping is nonrefundable.

We do not accept refunds of USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. 

You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of your package return. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You will receive the return payment to the card used during checkout or to your PayPal account if you paid via PayPal.

If you ship your intended return after the 15 day return period the items will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. 

Please note we don't offer refunds on sale or discounted items.
